BPG-Bridge during snowstorm

This photograph was taken very late at night in a snowstorm.  It was a during one of the playoff games in 2005, the Patriots vs. Steelers, before the Patriots won the Superbowl. The snow was so gorgeous, I really wanted to go shooting, so my husband missed an hour of the game so he could go for a walk with me. I took some beautiful pictures of the Comm. Ave. Mall and the Public Garden (while he patiently froze).  The cool color of the sky is real– it is because it is actually snowing, and it is the mix of city lights bouncing back down. The glow in the sky in the distance was a construction site, where they left the lights on all night.

Btw, this is reported to be the smallest suspension bridge in the world.
